Our Returns Policy

Parent happiness is at the center of everything we do. So when it comes to your experience with your Mimo, if you're not happy, we'll try to make returns and refunds as easy as possible. Our policy is simple.

If you don’t love your Mimo, feel free to return it to us within 30 days of either the purchase date, or date that your baby was born (whichever is the latter). Please include a copy of the receipt of purchase and we’ll issue you a full refund, regardless of whether you purchased directly from us, or from one of our retail partners.

A few important notes:

  • Refunds will be provided to the original purchaser only.

  • If the kit(s) returned are incomplete, we won’t be able to refund the entire portion of that/those kits.

  • Refunds will not be given to those customers who have purchased or been gifted their Mimo second hand.

  • Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Warranty Period:

We warrant the owners of both Mimo’s Breathing and Movement Monitors to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months, from the date of purchase. If either product fails to comply with this warranty we will replace your defective product with relevant hardware and/or materials.
