Why does my Turtle battery not reach 100%?

Our batteries may be fully charged, however the Mimo app will not read them as 100%. This is due to the calibration process that occurred when the Mimo app was being developed. Please be assured, that although the app does not read 100% you should still have between 3-4 nights monitoring per charge cycle.

Please also note your battery may discharge once it has fully charged. For instance, it may hit 95% then trickle down to 90% before charging again.
