Why can’t I hear Audio?

We have been doing plenty of work on our audio servers over the past 2 months, as it was clear that it wasn't operating at the quality level where we wanted it (and where our customers were expecting it to be).

At present, we are in the final stages of beta testing on an audio update. All going well, an over-the-air update will be rolled out to all users before the end of the month.
