Parent happiness is at the center of everything we do. So when it comes to your experience with your Mimo, if you're not happy, we'll try to make returns and refunds as easy as possible. Our policy is simple.
If you don’t love your Mimo, feel free to return it to us within 30 days of either the purchase date or date that your baby was born (whichever is the latter). We’re happy to issue you with a full refund given the following requirements are met:
- You were the original purchaser.
- A receipt of purchase is provided.
- Your Mimo was purchased through an authorized reseller (Babies R Us, Target).
- We will not process refunds for customers who have purchased or been gifted their Mimo second hand. (We do not refund Mimo’s acquired through consignment stores or second-hand websites eg: Craigslist/Facebook Marketplace/eBay).
- If your returned kit(s) is incomplete, we won’t be able to refund the entire portion of that/those kits.
- Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

We warrant the owners of both Mimo’s Breathing and Movement Monitors to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months, from the date of purchase. If either product fails to comply with this warranty we will replace your defective product with relevant hardware and/or materials.
A Note on Babies R Us
In light of Babies R Us’ recent closures across the USA we understand some customers will be unable to process returns through retail stores. The Mimo team is happy to assist you with any hardware related/setup challenges you may be facing, please contact our support line at 877.415.6466 or send a note to email@example.com. In regards to refunds, our Refund Policy (above) still applies.
